Fundamentals of Team Facilitation 2 provides continued growth for professionals who serve in the multidisciplinary team (MDT) facilitator role for a Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC), regardless of their actual job title. This training is designed to enhance facilitation and leadership skills by deepening understanding of the MDT facilitator’s key contributions to team functioning, including structure, communication, accountability, and relationships.
This virtual training is intended to fulfill the 8 hours of core training for MDT facilitators required in the National Standards of Accreditation for Children’s Advocacy Centers.
