It outlines the responsibilities of CACs and medical professionals, emphasizing the need for timely medical evaluations, the sharing of information within the multidisciplinary team (MDT), and the maintenance of high standards in medical care. The agreement also specifies the requirements for medical providers, including qualifications in Child Abuse Pediatrics or Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) certifications, and mandates ongoing education to ensure the best possible care for affected children
